Shipping & Delivery

Delivery within the UAE is free on every order — no minimum. Order before 2 PM and Dubai orders are delivered the same day; the rest of the UAE is delivered in 1–2 days. You receive an email with tracking when your order ships.

We ship tracked to the countries listed below. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay us — we do not add a separate shipping charge. For orders outside the UAE, you are the importer of record: customs duties, VAT and import fees charged at the destination are your responsibility and are collected by the courier, not by us.

International transit times vary by destination and courier — typically 3–10 business days after dispatch.

All shipments are tracked. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to your address (or collection point).

Inspect your delivery promptly and report damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to hello@collectiverse.me with photos of the packaging and contents. Claims reported later may be declined where the delay prevents a carrier claim.
