Returns & Refunds

Unopened sealed products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery at your cost. Refunds are issued after inspection, to the original payment method.

The following are non-returnable except where faulty, not as described, or required by UAE consumer protection law:

• Opened or unsealed products.
• Graded or raw singles — condition-sensitive goods, photographed and described before listing.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents — we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping we ask you to pay. Claims reported later may be declined where the delay prevents a carrier claim.

Everything we sell is 100% authentic — factory-sealed product through vetted distribution, singles checked before they list. If any item we sold is ever shown to be counterfeit, we refund you in full — no time limit. Read the full policy on our Authenticity page.

1. Email hello@collectiverse.me (or use the contact form) with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Ship the item back tracked and well protected — it must arrive in the condition it left us.
4. We inspect and issue your refund to the original payment method.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Once issued, your bank or card provider typically posts the funds within 5–10 business days. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
