Authenticity & Returns

Every product sold on Collectiverse is 100% authentic. If any item we sold you is ever shown to be counterfeit or tampered with, we refund you in full — no argument, no time limit on that promise.

We are a licensed UAE retailer — Collectiverse General Trading LLC, License No. 1639822, Dubai — not an anonymous marketplace seller. There is a registered company behind every order, and UAE consumer-protection law applies to everything we sell.

We buy from authorized distributors and established, vetted suppliers — never from unknown resellers, auction lots, or sources we cannot trace. Every delivery is inspected on intake at our Dubai facility before a single item is listed: cases opened (the shipping cases, never the product), seals checked, and anything with the slightest doubt rejected.

Sealed product is sold exactly as it left the manufacturer. We never open, weigh, search, or reseal boxes or packs — what arrives at your door is untouched by us or anyone else. Between intake and shipping, stock is stored in our facility, and orders are packed securely for transit.

When your order arrives, you can verify it yourself: check the manufacturer's shrink-wrap pattern and seams, and the seals Topps, Panini and The Pokémon Company each use. If anything looks off, photograph it before opening and contact us — we take authenticity claims seriously and act on them fast.

Unopened sealed product can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund — full conditions in our terms. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll replace it or refund you, and when the mistake is ours, return shipping is on us.
